How Can severe Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

Hi I would like to know if you could help me,I am 65 years old and I have RA so bad ,they are telling me that I need a shoulder replacement.is there any thing else I can do,can t you just stop my pain? I have RA in my back,my legs,arms and I have scilcone poisening.i have no quality of life is there anything you could do to help me.

If you have not used biological agents till now - then I suggest you consult your rheumatologist regarding this and try them after appropriate evaluation, please.
